Ukraine-based Hirio announced a USD $399K Seed round for its low code – no code high volume recruiting automation tool. It’s early days for both Hirio and low code-no code in HR tech, but it’s probably a good idea to keep an eye on the trend. This fast-emerging tech promises to let users build their own automated workflows with little to no coding knowledge by putting together defined bits of workflow, comparable to assembling “building blocks” of code.
Low code – no code platforms have been increasing in popularity with investors as they promise both improved efficiencies and user/employee experiences.
In 2020 $5 billion of VC was invested in HR technology globally.
