In the 2019 Workplace Intelligence Report we pointed out the ongoing convergence of cultural, demographic, and societal shifts that are changing the workplace in tandem with the rapid transformation of technology related to work. Now, in 2020 we’re seeing employee-focused technology starting to emerge in support of workers’ rights and activism.
UK-based Organise has announced a Seed round of VC funding for its workers’ rights app. A quick review of the Organise site leaves us feeling that if there was a change.org focused on workers’ rights and activism, this would be it.
