Job boards continue to be the darlings of HR technology venture capital as we roll through Q1 2020. They’re also leading the trend in specialization. The latest being Patchwork, a job board marketplace with a focus on providing temporary healthcare workers to the U.K. National Health Service (NHS).

From the Patchwork blog: Patchwork, which has offices in London, Manchester and Liverpool, was founded by NHS doctors Anas Nader and Jing Ouyang in 2016 to help hospitals fill vacant shifts more cost-effectively and to stem the tide of clinicians leaving the health service due to poor work-life balance.
