U.K.-based Clear Review is the latest to join the crowded performance management and feedback category. Clear Review positions itself as a replacement for the “standard annual performance review process.” HRWins research across thousands of U.K. and U.S. businesses show that while employers are adopting tools to facilitate better feedback and ad hoc communication between managers and employees, they aren’t necessarily doing away with the annual performance cycle with its ties to annual compensation and bonus structures.
That said, Clear Review reported to EU-Startups that they have experienced consistent growth since launching in 2016, with more than 200 customers adopting its new performance management tech, and annual recurring revenue surpassing €1.7 million.
