Syndio announced a Series B VC round of $17.1 million for its pay equity app. This brings the total raised to $32 million. Syndio started it’s journey in HR tech with more broad people analytics and ONA and has found a niche, led by their customers, in pay equity. While it’s a little bit depressing that we need an analytics platform to pay people fairly, it’s good to see funding putting tools that help this cause in the hands of more HR and compensation pros.
