The latest HR tech vendor to become majority owned by Private Equity is Outmatch, the recruiting platform made up of talent assessments, video interviews, and analytics. Rubicon states a focus on “enterprise software.” Glancing at their published portfolio list, there isn’t a lot of HR technology listed. Terms of the deal were undisclosed.
