Keep an eye on PredictiveHR. While today’s news isn’t going to rattle any cages in the RPO world, the announcement of PredictiveHR acquiring Method 3’s RPO puts PHR chairman David Pollard right back into his sweet-spot: data driven Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) services. David has been helping companies recruit at scale, leveraging data insights, since the late 90s when he was a VP at Keane. At the time Keane was an IT project staffing powerhouse in the Boston area. He founded Talent Fusion, and sold it to Monster, becoming SVP of their outsourcing division. David is a proven operator and knows how to grow a tech-driven staffing org. Experience most top executives lack in the recruiting tech space.

Today, PredictiveHR, a people analytics product utilizing machine learning to predict talent trends and their financial impacts, announced it has acquired the Recruiting Services Division of Method3, a provider of RPO and IT Staffing services. The acquisition strengthens PredictiveHR’s existing recruiting solution offering and aims to provide customers with both predictive people analytics and recruiting services to support their talent acquisition challenges. Method3 will retain its IT Technology Staffing services and will also become a reseller of PredictiveHR products and services.
