Pathlight announced a $25 million Series B round of venture capital for its real-time performance management solution, largely focused on customer-facing teams. This brings its total raised to $34.2 million.
Pathlight’s solutions are focused on metrics-driven teams like customer support and sales. Customer-facing teams tend to map tasks and outcomes to milestones, goals, and business outcomes – managing and coaching on performance daily. Pathlight provides analytics, alerts, messaging, coaching, automated 1:1 agenda development, and goal alignment. It is performance management in the flow of work and integrated across apps in the tech stacks used by the teams Pathlight was built for like Salesforce.com, Zendesk, G Suite, Microsoft Teams, and LiveChat.
