Candidates get to show some skills and creativity that might not exist on their profile or resume, and then strengthen their profile over time by participating in more challenges. Employers get to leverage a “coding test” up front, “pre-funnel.’ With a focus like tech, they will have room to grow in their region, but depending on their appetite for funding may have to expand internationally to have a total addressable market (TAM) that supports the growth they want to achieve. And, that brings us back to rebranding….
