Included promises to deliver “DEI trends” across the employee life-cycle, promising integration to HRMS, ATS, and talent management systems. While the workforce and people analytics category is crowded, very few providers focus strictly on DEI data. Integrating to existing HR tech systems sounds like the easy part of its value proposition, however it’s never been easy in this category. That said, it’s good to see much needed funding going to a provider with a DEI focus.
