We haven’t seen Harver, but we aren’t surprised to see an assessment vendor with a notable raise.

Employment assessments continue to be ripe for innovation, and as such continue to see VC investment. It’s been our long term view that the assessment players that can lower the traditionally high cost of administering validated assessments, enabling employers to assess their entire talent pipeline AND that make assessments more usable and useful for candidates will both improve selection for employers while improving candidate experience and inclusion in the hiring process. Otherwise, we’re looking at slow, incremental improvements in a process that employers and candidates alike find tedious.
