France-based InsideBoard raised a USD $27.4 Million Series B round to drive digital transformation with a platform that enables communication, collaboration, learning, and organizational performance management. The platform claims to leverage AI and to be based on the OKR approach to performance management. OKRs, the acronym for “objectives and key results,” were introduced to the market by Google and have proven to be a popular approach to managing and measuring enterprise performance, but by no means have they become ubiquitous. InsideBoard, in a blog post, states that it plans to leverage its new funding for international expansion, specifically in the US.
