In the 2019 Global HR Tech VC Lookback we said that LATAM was one of the regions to watch for emerging HR technology. 2020 is starting with a VC round in Brazil focused on recruiting. Brazil-based Kenoby has raised USD $4.9 Million for its recruiting and selection tool, powered by AI. Kenoby told contxto “that these recent funds shall be used to improve its products through artificial intelligence (AI) as well as increase its current team of 100 people to 300 within the next two years. Moreover, the startup expects to double its sales in 2020.”
