At HRWins we’ve been talking about job board marketplaces driving specialization trend in order to differentiate and provide value to both candidates and employers. What if your specialization did some good in the world at the same time?

Australia-based Work180 reportedly screens employers on a set of 20 criteria, including pay equity, flexible working, women in leadership and paid parental leave, and only employers endorsed for women are allowed to advertise jobs. They also works with employers to improve and develop workforce participation.
